Design supervision includes
- detailed cost plan for contractors, joiners, builders and suppliers
- help in selecting contractors for each stage of the fit-out
- organising and coordinating the fit-out
- quality control of the works against the contracts
- sign-off of completed works, defects and payments
- consultations on engineering drawings where needed
