Entering into and performing a design contract — Art. 6(1)(b); legal and accounting obligations — Art. 6(1)(c); establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f).
Retention
Correspondence — for as long as needed to reply and continue the conversation; contract data — for the duration of the contract and until limitation periods expire; accounting records — for the period required by law.
Recipients
Our hosting provider, e-mail providers (including Google) and accountants — only to the extent necessary. Transfers outside the UK/EEA rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests, to data portability, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or another competent supervisory authority. Providing data is voluntary but needed to reply to you. We do not use automated decision-making.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser only stores your chosen colour theme (light/dark). Our hosting provider may log technical data (e.g. IP address, request time) for security; the contact form is protected, among others, by a limit on messages per IP address.
YouTube videos load only after you click them (youtube-nocookie.com) — Google’s privacy policy applies from then on. Social media links lead to services with their own policies.
